Many people suffer in silence; ridden by stress and abuse. Workplace harassment is a reality. It is abuse just like physical abuse and we should not tolerate it just because someone is paying us every month. I encourage you to rise up and protect yourselves. Report it and stop this immoral occurrence in the workplace.

I have been there.

The 7:30 a.m. Migraine

Its only 7:30 a.m. and I have a stress headache; brought on by sitting through another bout of verbal diarrhea. I wasn’t so cool, calm and collected this morning I must admit.

There is only so much a girl can take before cracking and blowing a fissure. I reined myself in though, because it was not worth it. To have to deal with workplace harassment the first thing in the morning can be demotivating and makes for a challenging day. Slowly but surely, even though I am frantically holding on to my professional ethics with a death grip; its like hanging off a sheer cliff for 760 days.

The mental torture looping through my brain is next to psychotic!

You are going to slip.

You are going to lose your grip at times.

You are going to become fatigued.

You are going to consider committing suicide and letting go.

You are going to consider….

I don’t think I have the will to endure much further.

Till such time, I will get and keep a grip.
