You mean that’s a fibroid?
If I had known it was the darn fibroids sabotaging my workout all these years, I would have quit the ab workouts years ago. For almost a decade I have been trying to get rid of my tummy, to no avail. Now, in 2014, I am being made aware that my largest fibroid is the size of a four month old fetus. Say what?!
Fibroids are problematic in more ways than one.
Don’t be deceived though, I ain’t of a starved super model size. The description of an Amazon warrior would more suit me. All my life I have carried weight; thanks to the inherited genes of my father. His people, on his mother’s side, are ‘big boned’; as if there is such a thing. But, I have no recollection of being under 190 lbs. People can never guess my weight, because at 5’9” I carried it well, they say. Plus my many years of lifting weights over 100 – 300 lbs, as left me with a strong and sturdy frame.
More information is provided in my book. See details below.
