I opted to do the fibroid removal procedure – myomectomy – at St. Josephs hospital in Jamaica…thinking they will be cheaper. Let’s see if that is really so. Due to delays I arrive about two hours before my procedure, hungry and anxious. I pay my down payment, am admitted and after an hour’s wait – of which I am not amused – I am shown my room.
Then the needles come out, I put my big girl panties on – figuratively, because all I really have on is a thin piece a cloth with my butt out :).
