Monday, September 1, I started my 18 month journey into the world of Education and Training.
Monday evening found me walking the corridors of the VTDI, off Gordon Town Road, searching for my Principles of Teaching class. After a six year break, I was back to doing what my brains were born to do…Learn.
It was like riding a bike…such a cliche, I know. But last week was all about introductions and reviewing course outlines and learning objectives.
This programme is not to be underestimated though, as home work and reading assignments were promptly distributed. After all, the Post Graduate Diploma in Education is a rigorous, comprehensive and quality programme, offered in Jamaica at the Vocational Training Development Institute.
