Recently, my mornings have been filled with discomfort. I wake to a bloated tummy caused by the larger of the fibroids in my uterus. Oftentimes, I am gassy and it makes me wonder if my bowels are hampered while I sleep. I do sleep on my tummy; this I cannot change. Sleeping on my side can only be tolerated for a short duration and even then, I am restless. Sleeping on my back is not an option, for then, I would get no rest at all.
So, what am I to do?
My doctor, Dr. Rishi Chand, says I am out of time. These alien assassins and their very large leader should have been sliced and diced from my body years ago. The only option now is surgery. Words like myomectomy and hysterectomy are being thrown around. I politely declined to having all my childbearing tools excavated and opted to have only the fibroids taken out.
More information is provided in my book. See details below.
