Change what is on your horizon and grow something.
I have found that having flowers surround me on every side, or the first thing I see when I open the door, relaxes me. I can play guess which colour bloom is out today and life is much simpler.
Planting flowers is a great and simple way to do your part in protecting the environment. If you have plastic bottles, even soda bottles, you can recycle these to use as starter containers for your little urban organic garden.
