After a long day at work, I am home enjoying this lantana blooms in my urban organic garden. This plant promises to bloom year round and can handle the sun.

Too many people, work all day and drop tired into their bed. But, I recommend that you stop and smell the roses, literally. Flowers have a way of bring happy thoughts and relaxing you.

The rates of heart attacks, stroke and other stress related diseases death are increasing. Don’t be a statistic, stop enjoy natures own blooms to destress after work.
