In October, I began a set of new crops; the cucumbers, callaloo, pakchoi and okra. These proved quite a surprise because they threatened to overrun their containers and my sunroom in time. Ultimately, I found them a cool spot in my Jamaican Urban Organic Garden to chill and grow a their leisure.
