Dealing with Muscle Cramps
Muscle cramps are nothing new to me. Though, these recent episodes were too frequent to be ignored. These muscle contract, leg cramps or muscle cramps which seize me in my sleep, multiple times for the night, were more than a bit problematic.
Every night, it feels like the devils of hell are trying to merge with my flesh and ligaments. All my life, I have been plagued by this pestilence, but not a new episode every night!
My doctor says its related to the fibroids and they might be pressing against something.
I realized how serious the issue was when I attended high school. In devotion one morning, I think I was in sixth form, boredom set in and I yawned. It felt like my jaw was going to lock and I was being strangled. This was not a pleasant sensation. I reversed the yawn and prayed never to repeat that experience ever again.
No such luck!
