Spain gets beaten and is sure to be sent home from 2014 Fifa World Cup by Chile

Truly, this has got to be the most exciting World Cup ever! I am not a football fan, know nothing about football; yet, I have watched 90% of the matches so far and have reveled in them. Today’s games lived up to the hype of the tournament so far. The back and forth scoring between Netherlands and Australia, was something to see. But the biggest talk of the day will surely be the loss Spain suffered at the hands of Chile.

Chile kept on attacking the Spaniards with mucho gusto. It did not hurt that their goal keeper played his role as well. Spain, was not their 2010 selves and as such suffered a two nil loss to Chile. Brazil’s World Cup Fever is surely spreading, as big name teams and players have continued to fall. Oh how the mighty have fallen, Spain.

Whose next? Cristiano Ronaldo‘s Portugal?
