#JaSeniorTrials: Nine athletes through to 100m quarter finals 

MVP’s Kevaun Rattan was the fastest qualifier following first round action of the Men’s 100m this morning at the JAAA/Supreme Ventures National Senior Championships inside the National Stadium.

Rattan won the first heat in 10.37 seconds.

The others to advance to the next round are, Ramon Barnwell (10.39), Ryan Shields (10.44), Kemah Green (10.47) , Ajamu Graham (10.56)  Romone Hill (10.76), Adam Cummings (10.77), Gwain Williams (10.78) and Schadrique  Griffiths  20.81.

Only seven athletes were originally expected to advance but that number was increased after Sheldon Mitchell and Jermaine Brown, who were in the original 25 listed for the quarter-finals withdrew from the championships due to Injuries.

The quarterfinals will take place this evening at 7 p.m.
