Biles was at her peak and ready for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, which was delayed by one year. After competing at five Olympic Games, she is touted as being the greatest of all gymnasts. However, this can come at a high price.

Athletes must be both physically and mentally prepared for the rigor that comes with being a top-performing athlete. With 250 million people watching you closely and depending on you to be in peak performance, this can get a little much for anyone.
