On the first day of Christmas, Flow Jamaica gave to me, no internet service, which would leave me quite bored.

Gloom and doom came to my door and I thought “Oh no, I can’t take this happening for another Christmas!’ Tuesday, December 19, 2017 would be wasted, I wouldn’t be able to get any work done for sure.

With sleep still in my eyes, I dialled 100 and reported the issue. The customer service representative informed me that there was an outage in the area and they would send someone to fix it.

The sun set, the dawn came and it was the first day, of no internet service with Flow Jamaica ‘Magical Christmas’. What a shame!
