On the second day of Christmas, l am more than a bit peeved. I open my eyes and there is the green and orange light of my modem box, still blinking at me. I thought “This can’t be happening, my clients will be fuming. This means more money going out the door.’
It’s Wednesday, December 20, 2017 and I am trying to be patient but as the clock ticks 12:00 p.m. I knew any hope would be falsely contrived.
I dialed 100 again and the same fake apology rings out again. ‘We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working on the issue. The issue will be resolved by this evening or 5:00 p.m.”
With bated breath, I stay and waited; midnight came and I was even more deflated.
Another day, another dollar lost. Would Flow Jamaica, stand the cost?
There goes my income prancing through the door. Oh what a FLOW Jamaica ‘Magical Christmas’ for sure.
